  • A Private Residence in Greenwood Village, CO (map)

Tina Staley and Julie Hill have partnered to bring you an exclusive series of events featuring the Kindness in Action program. Self-Care Saturday is hitting the road in 2019 with stops across the country. Visit our events page for additional stops.

You are invited to join us for a ground-breaking Kindness in Action workshop, on Saturday, April 27th, in Denver. Tina Staley has worked for decades on how to take kindness to the next level. In this workshop, you will learn tools and strategies that will help you lead life from your inner strengths.  You will leave having a greater understanding of the amazing person you truly are.  No matter where you are or what you are doing, you will have clarity around what you stand for and understand how you can live your purpose from passion and excitement.

Julie Hill will lead a walk and talk on the High Line Canal Trail, and discuss the latest research and offer tips on how to have a healthier heart, and how to make smart lifestyle choices.  A healthy lunch will be provided. Don’t forget your walking shoes!

Register through the form below, and we look forward to seeing you on the 27th of April.  We all deserve to take a Self-Care Saturday to feel more focused and more alive.
